Pot Pie Heating Instructions
Family Pot Pie
Preheat oven to 350°
Place on baking sheet and Cover with foil for the first 15 minutes
Remove foil, and warm for another 35-40 minutes
4” Individual Pot Pie
Preheat oven to 350°
Place on baking sheet and Cover loosely with foil
Warm for 20-25 minutes, or
Microwave for 2 - 2½ minutes
Pastie (Bison or Breakfast)
Preheat oven to 350°
Place on baking sheet and cover loosely with foil
Warm for 10-15 minutes, or
Microwave for 1½-2 minutes
Quiche Heating Instruction
Whole Quiche
Preheat oven to 350°
Place whole quiche with cardboard base on baking sheet
Warm for 25-30 minutes
Quiche Slice
Place on baking sheet or aluminum foil
Warm in toaster oven or oven for 4-7 minutes, or
Microwave on high for 1½ - 2 minutes
Take-N-Bake Pie
If frozen, defrost overnight
Preheat oven to 350°
Make egg wash (1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoon of water)
Brush the entire crust and sprinkle with sugar
Score top
Bake 350° for 45+ minutes until bubbly and golden brown
Warming a Baked Pie
To warm an baked pie:
Place in oven that is OFF but already warm from previous use until ready to serve, or
Preheat oven to 275°-350° and warm pie for 15 to 20 minutes
Take-N-Bake Cookies
Defrost if frozen
Preheat oven to 350°
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Place cookie on sheet and press gently to flatten
Bake 10-15 minutes
Each flavor bakes slightly different. When you feel the cookie needs 1 more minute remove from oven and cool on rack.
Take-N-Bake Croissants
Allow to defrost in fridge 8-12 hours (overnight is best)
COUNTERTOP PROOFING
Arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet at least 2” apart
Let sit at room temp for 3-4 hour
Spritz lightly with water occasionally to keep moist
OVEN PROOFING
Allow oven to warm at lowest setting (lower than 120°, or on proofing mode if you have it), then proof in oven for 1 hour
Croissants are ready for baking when they have doubled in size, and wobble like Jell-O when shaken gently (watch the video on our Facebook page).
BAKING
Preheat oven to 350° (convection is ideal)
Prepare egg wash (whisk 1 egg with 1 teaspoon of water until completely blended)
Gently brush tops of croissants with the egg wash (be gentle so as not to tear the layers)!
If making Almond croissants, top them with shaved almonds after the egg wash.
Bake 20-25 minutes until croissants are a golden amber.
Watch them closely, they can go from perfect to burnt quickly!
Remove and Enjoy!
Take-and-Bake Brioche Rolls
BRIOCHE BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep rolls frozen until day before baking
Store in refrigerator overnight. Heat oven to 100° to proof
Proof to double in size. About 1 + hour, Rolls will be touching each other at that point.
Pull rolls, heat oven to 350°, Egg wash (1 egg yolk with 2 TB water)
Bake rolls 12-15 minutes until bronze in color
